Our Rooms - sleeps 6-8
The Kitchen
A fabulous amenity at the heart of the cottage that is a home away from home, with a belfast sink, contemporary stainless steel Smeg range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. Together with glasses, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans for 8 guests.
The Bedrooms
Drift off to sleep in Eygptian cotton bedding:
Bedroom 1 with king-size wrought-iron bed, where you can still glimpse the sea from the comfort of your pillow.
Bedroom 2 with twin beds overlooking the upstairs decking area and views beyond.
Bedroom 3 with zip and link king-size bed that can split into two singles, and offers direct access to the large decking areas.
Plus Double sofa-bed in the downstairs living room. A cot-bed is available on request.
The Conservatory
A fabulous room boasting extensive sea views that offers a large dining table for 8 people, a comfortable sofa and arm chair for you to relax on and watch the ever changing seascape.
The Living Rooms
Two living rooms:
Living room 1, opening onto the conservatory - 4 seater leather Chesterfield sofa, 2 seater leather sofa, wood-burner, TV with Freeview HD and DVD.
Living room 2 opening onto the decking - 2 seater sofa-bed, giant bean-bag, TV with Wii games console.
The bathrooms
Two modern fitted bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a bath and shower combined.
Outside
A large decking which can be used to barbeque or simply relax with a glass of wine and watch the sun going down on another perfect day. This area has an outdoor dining table with wooden seating for 8.
There is also a private lawned garden and a further small decking area from the conservatory.
Please note: bedroom 3, living room 2 and the shower room are linked to the conservatory by a spiral staircase or can be accessed from the decking at the back of the house.
